I graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and from Southern Connecticut State University in 2015 with a master’s degree in psychology. I enrolled in the clinical psychology doctoral program at VCU in 2017. My primary research interests are on the biopsychosocial factors influencing sleep and the impact of sleep on mood and neurocognitive functioning.
