Bruce Rybarczyk, Ph.D.

After two years at the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, I transferred to VCU and completed my bachelor's degree in psychology in 2017. I joined the doctoral program in clinical psychology at VCU thereafter with a concentration on behavioral medicine. My research interests include adaptation to chronic mental illness and trauma interventions in primary and acute care settings. A native of Richmond, I love working in my community as a member of the YWCA's R-HART response team and the James River Association's RiverRats.
