I completed my bachelor's degree in psychology, English and women's studies from Temple University in 2011. After completing my degree, I worked at the Center for Psychotherapy Research in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania. Shortly thereafter, I worked as a project coordinator for the Center for Health Incentives and Behavioral Economics in the the Department of Health Policy and Medical Ethics at the University of Pennsylvania. I joined the doctoral program in clinical psychology at VCU in 2015. My research interests include, broadly, women's health, substance use and integrated care. I am also interested in the role of advocacy in the practice of psychology.
